When I'm facing difficulties in using my bank card, what should I do?


If you are unable to use your bank card, simply contact your bank to enroll your bank card for international usage and also make sure you have the required amount for deposit in the linked bank account of the specific card you are using.

Once done, kindly try again. 

If the error still persists, you call Cofred Support or send a support ticket for more assistance.
