How do I Unlock My Account?

Solution

To Unlock your account click on "Having Trouble With Your Account" on the log in page, where you have the login credentials, that is, where you have user id / email / phone number and then, password and finally, login

 

Select "Unlock My Account"

 

Fill and submit the entries requires, a confirmation code will be sent to your phone or your email, depending on the one you prefer, with this code, you can confirm account ownership.

 

Check and enter code in the required section, once code is confirmed to tally with our investigations, your account will be unblocked immediately.
